The
global operations of our multiple geographies now fall under the
direction of Shawn Rush. Shawn
is supported by David Reeves, in making sure every project manager has
the tools, the processes and education to most effectively manage a
project or a portfolio of projects.
Strengthening capital and human resource management excellence is
imperative.
For more
than a year we have invested heavily in the development of our technology
spine to deliver services on line, for the most rapid total global
project delivery system. That
spine is being put in place throughout the entire company, with
linkages to all our clients as our standard way of doing business.
We have created highly intelligent partners to enable us
to deliver on-line services, and an internal organization of leadership.
We have become a technology service company.
We are
streamlining our work, recognizing that global delivery systems, and
centralization of decentralized activities are within our ability to
expedite. Jim Stefanski and
Morrie Spang lead organizational standardization and “platforming”,
to dramatically reduce our cost of delivery and opening resources for
increased innovation.
We have
broken convention and consolidated work into Skill Performance Sets.
Centralized in Mexico City under the leadership of Carlo Rivera is a
world class technical production team, working in multiple languages, in
both metric and English, supporting global project production as well as
the most sophisticated of animated graphics.
Our
business development is directed. We
target relationships with “world clients”, those who serve both
domestic and emerging markets, using geography as integral to their
business strategy. Hal
Matthews leads this effort, and links us as a singe unit in support of
major and emerging organizations.
Our
Managing Directors hold and develop a network of regional relationships,
and mentor teams to make sure our services, attention, quality and
consistency are in a league where there is no competition.
Scott Daniels leads our New York/Newark team, Gary Bazzoni and
Ray Irmer share leadership of Chicago and the Midwest, Tracy Wymer and
Jim Stefanski co direct California, Morrie Spang Atlanta, and Shawn
Rush, Seattle and Juan
Carlos Baumgarten leads Mexico City.
Our network of offices is complemented by partners in Europe (SAARBERG
and Associates) and Smith Madden Group and DNA Consulting in Australia
and throughout Asia, for global coverage.
This set
of actions has positioned SPACE for a fit, aggressive and growth year in
